Mall Rest Areas

To offer you shaded areas during the summer months, we have partnered with a few malls to provide you with rest areas that you can visit during your break, below is a list of rest areas available for use during the mall timings.

Rest areas are available for use during the mall timings. Please make sure to follow the below guidelines when visiting these areas:

• Keep the premises clean and do not litter.
• Riders must wear a mask at all times and be in the Deliveroo uniform.
• Please be respectful with fellow bike riders while using the rest areas.
• Riders are not allowed to sleep, eat or smoke in these rest areas.

City Centre Deira-

There are 3 rest areas, and they are at separate locations Location 1 & Location 2

1. The main area on the Ground floor, P2 area.
2. Waiting area at the food court back-of-house
3. On the second floor, the back of the house of the Food Central

City Centre Mirdif-

1. Loading bay 07- southeast side of mall, near to roundabout- Location
2. Loading bay 06- northeast side of mall, near to valet parking area- Location
3. Loading bay 05- near to Carrefour receiving area- Location
4. Loading bay 03- after Carrefour receiving area, service road to basement and exit from other end of basement – service road is one way- Location
   

Nakheel Mall-

Resting area located in Basement 1 beside Lobby 7- Location

Oasis Mall-

Loading area 1 access- Location

Dubai Marina Mall-

Location in L1- L1 – B to G pillars- Location
