Kya Karna Chahiye Jab Aap Customer Seh Rabta Nahi Kar Sakte (CRC)

Humne rider app mei ek process banaya hai jab customers seh rabta karna ya unhe talash karna mushkil ho jata hai.. Riders ko sabhi orders kay liye inn steps pur amal karna zaruri haitaki aapko hur mumkin tarike se customer se rabta karne mei madad miley aur unhe javab dene kay liye kafi waqt de. Aap order screen pur order details kay neechey un steps ko talash kar saktey hai.

Unhe message bhejiye
Darwaze pur knock kare aur customer kay darwaze ki ghanti ko doh baar bajana.
Agar koi jawab na miley toh, 'Chat' button dabaye aur customer ko message karey. Aapka waqt bachane kay liye, aapke liye kuch tayar messages choose karey.

Unhe call karey
Agar woh chat peh jawab nahi de rahey hai tou order screen pur jaye aur 'Call' button press karey. 

Unhe bataye kay aap jaldi ja rahey hain
Agar customer aapke message ya call ka jawab nahi de raha hai, unhe push notification bhejne ka option 2 min baad 'Call' option kay neechey mil jayega. Isse customer ko pata chal jata hai kay, agar unhone foran jawab nahi diya tou aapko vaha se jana padega.

5 minutes intezar karne kay baad order rakhe jaye
Aapne unhe push notification bhejne kay 5 min kay baad, aap app mei delivery complete kar sakenge. Mehfoos makamat ki list zahir hogi. Aapko bs sabse zyada munasib jagah select karna hai, order ko complete mark karna hai aur order ko mehfoos jagah pur rakhe jaye. 

Rider app mein order ki photo len, aur customer ki privacy ko mehfooz rakhne ke liye, iss baat ko yaqini banaen ke photo mein logon ke chehre ya koi aur shanakhti maloomat shamil na hon. Aap ko rider app ko apne phone ke camera ki access deni hogi.

-Agar mujhe order chhorne kay liye mehfoos jagah nahi mila tou kya karna chahiye? 
-Agar aap khane ko chhorne ke liye ko mehfoos jagah nahi mil rahi hai, toh rider app par diye gaye steps follow karen aur 'No safe place available' option ko select karen. Aapko notes likhne ke liye kaha jayega jisme batana hoga ke kyun koi mehfoos jagah nahi hai. Order ko 'undeliverable' mark karne ke baad, 5 minute ke baad order ko mehfoos tarike se phenke dein.

-Agar ye cash order hai aur customer se rabta nahi ho raha hai, tou kya karna chahiye?
-Agar aapne customer kay darwaze pur knock kiya hai, ghanti bajane ki koshish, aur chat kay zariye rabta karne ki koshish bhi ki hai aur woh 5 minute baad bhi jawab nahi de rahey hai, tou aur madad kay liye baraye meharbani chat k ayzariye support team se rabta karein.
