identity check complete karne ke liye home screen per uper-left side per menu mein apna naam tap kren. Check complete karne ke liye apne Go Online page per, 'Verify your identity' per tap kren. 

Agar kisi bhi wajah se aap ki selfie ko accept nahi kia ja sakta, toh aap baad mein check complete ker sakte hain. Aur agar aap ki selfie ko ab bhi accept hone mein mushkil pesh aa rahi hai, toh aap manual review request ker sakte hain jahan humari team mein se koi aap ki selfie ka review ker ke tasdeeq kare ga ke yeh aap hi hain.

Aap ki selfie ko uss selfie ya photo ID se compare kia jaye ga jo aap ne apne ibtadai identity check ke doran jama kerwai thi.

Agar aap ki identity ki tasdeeq kamyabi se nahi hui hai, to aap uss waqt tak online nahi ho saken gai jub tak ke aap check complete nahi ker lete. Check complete karne ke liye aap home screen per prompt per tap ker sakte hain. Jub aap check complete kar len ge toh aap online ho saken ge.

To complete the identity check simply tap your name in the menu from the top-left of the home screen. On your Go Online page, tap 'Verify your identity' to complete the check. 

If for any reason your selfie can't be recognised, you can complete the check later. And if you still have any difficulty having your selfie recognised, you can request a manual review where one of our team will review your selfie to confirm if it's you.

Your selfie will be compared to the selfie or photo ID you submitted during your initial identity check.

If your identity has not been successfully verified you'll be unable to go online until you complete the check. You can tap the prompt on the home screen to complete the check. Once you've completed the check you'll be able to go online.
